We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3+ years of hands-on experience in W2 hiring for Tier-1 Vendors, MSPs, and Direct Clients.
Key Requirements:
✔ 3+ years of US IT Recruitment experience
✔ Strong expertise in W2 hiring
✔ Experience working with Tier-1 Vendors, MSPs, and Direct Clients
✔ Strong sourcing and screening skills
✔ Good understanding of USC, GC, H1B, EAD, OPT, and CPT
✔ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Ceipal, and other sourcing platforms
