Job description:
Lesson Planning & Delivery
Teach diverse art techniques including drawing, painting, sketching, origami, pottery, collage, and other crafts.
Encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression among students.
Manage the classroom environment to ensure safety and productivity.
Student Development
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Identify individual learning needs and support students accordingly.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
Materials & Resource Management
Ensure availability and proper use of art supplies and tools.
Maintain an organized and safe art room.
Track inventory and request materials as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or related field (preferred).
Certification or training in art teaching is an advantage.
Freshers in teaching art and craft are welcome.
Experience working with children in a school or activity centre is an added advantage.
