Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support our sales team by connecting with potential customers and explaining our financial products/services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/leads
- Explain financial products and services clearly and persuasively
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into customers
- Maintain and update call records, customer data, and daily call reports (CRM/Excel)
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers
- Handle objections professionally and build customer trust
- Maintain a polite, professional tone on every call
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Prior telecalling/BPO/sales experience preferred (not mandatory)
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or financial sales is a plus
