Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with potential leads from campaigns and referrals
- Explain project details and schedule site visits
- Maintain daily call logs and lead status reports
- Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for lead conversion
- Handle inbound queries and ensure prompt responses
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in tele calling or customer support
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
- Fluent in Tamil and English (additional languages a plus)
- Target-driven and organized
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
