Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, "always-on" Social Media Manager to be the face and voice of our brand. Your goal is to build a loyal community through consistent posting, trending content, and active engagement with our followers.
Key Responsibilities
Content Calendar: Plan and execute a monthly posting schedule across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
Engagement: Respond to comments/DMs and engage with trending topics to keep the brand relevant.
Copywriting: Write compelling, platform-specific captions that drive engagement and clicks.
Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends and viral challenges to keep our content fresh.
Requirements
Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
Deep understanding of social media algorithms.
Ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
