Key Responsibilities
- Finalize books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct detailed scrutiny of financial records, identify discrepancies, and implement necessary corrections.
- Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Compute and maintain depreciation schedules as per applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Perform reconciliations related to Income Tax, GST, TDS, bank accounts, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable financial and taxation regulations.
- Support management with financial analysis, MIS reports, and decision-making inputs.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST & Income Tax), and financial reporting.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new accounting and ERP software.
- Excellent logical thinking, analytical, and reasoning abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
