Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator Trainee to join our EdTech team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates passionate about content creation, storytelling, and digital media. The trainee will support the creation of engaging educational and promotional content across videos, social media, blogs, and other digital platforms while learning industry best practices under the guidance of experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, articles, reels, and educational videos.
- Support the development of creative content that aligns with the company's brand and academic standards.
- Research trending topics and generate content ideas relevant to the education sector.
2. Scriptwriting Support
- Assist in writing scripts for educational videos, promotional campaigns, and social media content.
- Collaborate with senior content creators to refine scripts and storytelling techniques.
3. Video Production Support
- Assist during video shoots by coordinating basic production activities.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and editors to ensure smooth execution of content projects.
4. Collaboration & Learning
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and creative teams to develop engaging content.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and content initiatives.
- Learn content planning, scheduling, and publishing workflows.
5. Quality & Brand Standards
- Proofread and review content for grammar, accuracy, and consistency.
- Ensure all content follows the organization's brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Monitor content performance and learn to interpret basic engagement metrics.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Passion for storytelling, creativity, and digital content.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
