Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. The role also involves managing social media platforms, creating digital content, coordinating promotional campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other online platforms.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
- Optimize website and social media content using SEO best practices.
- Respond to online inquiries, comments, and customer messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches with internal departments.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve marketing strategies.
- Manage online advertising budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Freshers with relevant certifications and internship experience may also apply.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Team player with good coordination and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, retail, or amusement park industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing will be an added advantage.
