- Troubleshoot and respond to system incidents to support lab test & development operations
- Advise team of and implement improvements for system/user management within the environment systems management
- Create and Maintain Technology standards of major Lab system subcomponents
- Report change in the Operational environment and Architecture Landscape
- Proactively monitor the technical components of the Support Lab environment
- Implement operational change, initiative and project of moderate complexity intended either to increase the efficiency or the robustness of the infrastructure
- Support the day to day life of the lab environment, solve end users’ issues, answer technical questions, and provision accounts
- Document issues resolution, develop Operational Guideline, and produce Technical Architecture view
- Perform scheduled Maintenance and general Data Center tasks
Qualifications for lab administrator
- Experience with basic Windows System administration and Basic Linux system administration
- Experience with GSM networks
- 2+ years of experience in IT and in Windows administration
- Experience with Linux administration, including the management of servers and desktop OS’s, such as CentOS, Ubuntu, and Kali, with the capability to integrate Linux systems into MS AD for authentication and access control and perform patch management.
Pay: ₹322,105.19 - ₹1,392,491.61 per year
