Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Experience designing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
- Strong understanding of cloud deployment models and best practices for application integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud-based applications and services.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline deployment and configuration tasks.
- Knowledge of API management and integration techniques to support seamless connectivity.
