Job Title: MIS / PPC Executive

Job Responsibilities:
* Production planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.
* Coordination with production, purchase, stores, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
* Material planning and monitoring of raw material availability for production.
* Releasing raw material and consumable requirements to the purchase department and ensuring timely procurement.
* Inventory planning and control, including monitoring stock levels.
* Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on production, inventory, and plant performance.
* Preparation of material information system (MIS) reports.
* Updating and maintaining PPC and store-related records and documentation.
* Monitoring non-moving and slow-moving inventory and submitting monthly reports to management.
* Vendor coordination for material availability and production requirements.
* Monitoring production progress and minimizing interruptions through effective planning.
* Assisting in operating budget planning and inventory optimization.
* Maintaining accurate production data in ERP/MIS systems.
* Coordination with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of products.
Required Skills:
* Experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) and MIS reporting.
* Knowledge of inventory management and material planning.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Good communication and coordination abilities.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
