We are a leading agri / protected-cultivation company in India ; We also own a fast-growing Hindi agricultural YouTube channel (scaling toward 1M+ followers across platforms).
Our in-house digital team produces video at scale across both brands - long-form podcasts, reels, shorts, clips, and marketing creatives.
About the role
Weʼre hiring a Senior Editor / Video Production Lead to own the quality and throughput of all our video, lead a small editing team, and build the systems that let us ship 40 video pieces a week without quality slipping.
You are equal parts editor, leader, and systems-builder - the craft benchmark and the teamʼs manager.
What youʼll own
- The quality bar across all video (both brands, all formats) - you define and enforce the standard, and set per-role quality tiers.
- Lead + develop a team of 3 - weekly cadence, feedback, growth plans.
- Build the production system - templatised reels + AI-assisted repurposing AutoPod / Turboscribe) so shorts + clips scale as a workflow, not heroics.
- Performance-marketing video creatives (revenue-critical) - produced in sync with the performance-marketing + content leads.
- Hands-on the hero / most-advanced edits - you set the example (motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling).
Must-have
- 5+ years professional video editing (adjust to your bar); advanced motion graphics, animation, sound design, visual storytelling Premiere Pro + After Effects; DaVinci a plus).
- Proven people leadership - youʼve led/mentored editors and run a team. This is NOT a senior-IC role - leadership is core.)
- Built repeatable production workflows; fluent with AI editing/automation tools.
- High throughput with judgment - volume without dropping quality; strong communication.

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,020,000.00 per year
