Role will be responsible for site related all documentations, requirements a. Whichever projects are signed with the JV partners like Brookefield, Hines, Godrej etc , as per agreement, RC group needs to clear all approvals , clear the site , Handle the societies if any and try to hand over the Vacant and peaceful Possession to the partner. Need team to undertake the same.
a) Regulatory & Statutory Clearances: Secure and maintain all pre construction approvals (IOD, CC, environmental clearances, aviation approvals, local municipal NOCs) as stipulated in JDA/JV agreements by Site Management & Society Relations: Manage tenant eviction, society consensus agreements, hardship compensation disbursements, rent distributions and local stakeholder relations in redevelopment schemes
b) Site Management & Society Relations: Manage tenant eviction, society consensus agreements, hardship compensation disbursements, rent distributions and local stakeholder relations in redevelopment schemes Partner Alignment: Function as the primary interface with JV partners (e.g., codevelopers) to ensure alignment on specifications, timelines and joint governance commitments.
Pay: ₹622,288.93 - ₹2,143,540.72 per year
