Job Summary
Responsible for preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per recipes and standards.
- Handle wok cooking, sauces, gravies, and mise en place preparation.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Monitor food stock and assist in inventory management.
- Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.
- Coordinate with senior chefs for smooth kitchen operations.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a Chinese kitchen.
- Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine, sauces, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
