We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Jewellery Resale Executive to manage the buying and resale process of jewellery items. The role involves evaluating pre-owned jewellery, building trust with sellers, managing resale pricing, and ensuring smooth transactions to maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selling and reselling their jewellery pieces.
- Ensure proper documentation, billing, and compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat resale and purchase.
- Work with the sales team to promote resale jewellery collections in-store and online.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 Month–1 years of experience in jewellery retail, resale, or appraisal (preferred).
- Customer-centric attitude with integrity and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills.
