We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support our Finance & Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, process invoices, and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Process supplier invoices and vendor payments.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare payment vouchers and expense reports.
- Perform bank and petty cash reconciliations.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding account-related matters.
- Assist auditors and management with financial reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
