Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of application components.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of project requirements.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications using Spring Boot framework.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns relevant to enterprise applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integrating applications with various databases and external services.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
