ML Engineer – Generative AI & Agentic AI

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ML Engineer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing ML models, AI agents, and scalable production AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines using Python and Azure ML.
- Build Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI applications and workflows.
- Design AI agents with planning, reasoning, decision-making, and orchestration capabilities.
- Work with Azure ML, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft AI Foundry.
- Develop and optimize models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Implement AI agent safety, guardrails, evaluation, monitoring, and feedback mechanisms.
- Support model serving, deployment, monitoring, and productionization of AI systems.
- Develop RAG and LLM-based solutions and improve AI performance through experimentation.
- Collaborate with backend, data, ML, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Rapidly prototype and productionize AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience with Azure ML and Microsoft Azure AI/Data services.
- Experience with Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft AI Foundry.
- Experience building and deploying ML models and AI agents in production.
- Strong understanding of ML pipelines, model deployment, AI agent orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails.
Good to Have
- Reinforcement Learning and agent feedback mechanisms.
- RAG and prompt engineering.
- LLM evaluation and model optimization.
- AI safety and responsible AI practices.
- Experience developing APIs and integrating AI with backend/frontend applications.
- Experience in enterprise or security-focused AI solutions.
Ideal Candidate
