The Security Manager & Admin will play a dual role, responsible for
overseeing all plant security operations and administrative functions. The
incumbent will ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and
infrastructure while managing essential administrative services. This
position requires the candidate to reside at the site and remain available
24/7 to handle emergencies and ensure uninterrupted operations.
Job Description
A. Security Management
Develop and implement robust security policies and procedures for
the plant.
Supervise and manage security personnel, including deployment,
training, and discipline.
Ensure effective access control for employees, visitors, and
contractors.
Monitor CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and alarm
systems.
Manage material inward/outward gate pass and prevent pilferage
or unauthorized movement.
Conduct security risk assessments and periodic vulnerability audits.
Investigate security incidents and submit detailed incident reports
with corrective actions.
Liaise with local police, fire authorities, and emergency services.
Organize mock drills for fire, evacuation, and emergency
preparedness.
Maintain all security records and statutory registers.
B. Administration Management
Oversee housekeeping, canteen, transportation, and facility
management services.
Manage accommodation / Transport arrangements for visitors.
Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and utilities.
Monitor procurement and inventory of administrative supplies.
Support employee engagement activities and site events.
Ensure statutory compliance related to administrative and facility
functions.
C. Emergency & Compliance Management
Act as the primary emergency response coordinator for the site.
Ensure compliance with EHS and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with government authorities for inspections and
approvals.
Support internal and external audits related to security and
administration.
Implement and monitor disaster management and business
continuity plans.

Experience:
Ex-Serviceman with an Army background.
Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in security and
administration within a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Willingness to reside at the plant/site and be available 24/7 for
emergencies.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
