Job description:
Location: Gurugram
MODE: WFO
This role will be part IT team at (Intileo Technologies), working in our Development team to support Developers with Requirements gathering and Testing.
Budget: 7 to 8 LPA
ExP: 3 T0 5
Key responsibilities:

Gathering business requirements via interaction with end users and other teams.

Analyzing requirements and breaking them down into actionable functional specifications to be used by Development teams

Converting business requirements into test cases

Coordination across technical teams and oversee the development process

Conducting Web and Mobile manual testing along with user acceptance testing

Project planning and communication to the stakeholders
-
Bug fix verification and validation.
Essential Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree is a requirement; Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.

3-6 years of experience in technology and/or data functions in financial services or consulting industry.

Build comprehensive reporting to summarize status of business deliverables from JIRA.

Test-driven or Agile development methodologies

Expertise in all aspects of Requirement Gathering, Data Analysis, and Gap Analysis.

Should be able to work independently and lead a team of business analysts

Produce Test Plans and Scenarios

Excellent Documentation Skills

Liaise between IT and Business and drive discussions among cross functional teams

Assuming ownership of problems and driving towards their resolution

Scoping of work streams and estimation of proposed work

Effectively manage day-to-day tasks / activities in coordination with a team of developers to effectively meet the deliverables
