Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales for interior design consultancy, turnkey fit-out projects, and furniture solutions. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while coordinating closely with design, estimation, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for:
- Interior design services
- Turnkey fit-out projects
- Office & commercial furniture
- Generate and manage leads through:
- Direct marketing
- Architects / consultants
- Referrals and channel partners
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions
- Coordinate with design & estimation teams for proposals and presentations
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and scope documents
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close deals
- Track sales pipeline, targets, and monthly achievements
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution team
- Maintain strong client relationships and repeat business
- Report weekly and monthly sales performance to management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering / Interior Design
- 5–12 years experience in:
- Interior design sales
- Fit-out contracting sales
- Furniture or building material sales
- Proven track record in closing high-value projects
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and project scopes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and proposal tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
