Develop, implement, and monitor hospital quality standards and policies.
Ensure compliance with NABH, ISO, and other applicable healthcare standards.
Conduct regular internal audits and quality inspections.
Monitor Quality Indicators (QI) and prepare performance reports.
Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor patient safety and infection control practices.
Review hospital processes and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain quality-related documents, records, and reports.
Conduct training and awareness programs for hospital staff.
Handle and analyze patient complaints and incident reports.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for quality improvement.
Prepare reports and present quality performance to hospital management.
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, policies, and protocols.
Support accreditation surveys and external audits.
Promote continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care.
