My Tours Transfers Tech is a fast-growing travel technology company providing technology solutions and ground transportation services to customers across the UK and internationally. We are looking for an experienced Accountant based in India to support the financial operations of our UK businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for UK-based companies.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Perform bank, supplier, customer, and payment gateway reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Assist with VAT returns, payroll journals, and other UK financial reporting requirements.
- Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with UK accountants and auditors.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial analysis for management.
- Ensure financial records are maintained accurately and in accordance with UK accounting practices.
- Work closely with the UK management team to provide timely financial information.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
- Proven experience working with UK-based companies is essential.
- Strong understanding of UK accounting principles, bookkeeping, VAT, bank reconciliations, and management accounts.
- Experience using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage, or similar UK accounting platforms.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Desirable
- Experience working with travel, transport, technology, or service-based businesses.
- Knowledge of UK payroll processes and Companies House filing requirements.
- Experience working remotely with UK teams.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
