1. Front Desk Operations & Customer Service
- Welcoming Guests: Greeting visitors warmly, determining their needs, and directing them to the appropriate staff member or department.
- Telephone Management: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls, as well as taking accurate messages and responding to general inquiries.

2. Administrative & Clerical Support
- Scheduling: Managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating appointments.
- Mail & Deliveries: Sorting and distributing incoming mail, packages, and parcels, as well as preparing outgoing mail and coordinating courier pickups.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining organized files, logging visitor details, and performing data entry or scanning tasks. [1, 2, 3, 4]
3. Office Security & Logistics
- Access Control: Monitoring building entry and exit, maintaining visitor logs, and issuing temporary access passes or badges.
- Supply Management: Monitoring inventory levels for office supplies (stationery, printer ink, pantry items) and placing restock orders as needed.
