About the Role
We are hiring a highly motivated Junior Python AI Developer to join our engineering team in Kozhikode. This is a full-time, onsite role tailored for freshers, self-taught AI enthusiasts, and entry-level developers (0 to 1 year of experience) who are passionate about machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent software systems. If you know how to write solid Python code and want to build, integrate, and deploy modern AI solutions (from LLM applications to custom ML models), this is your playground.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Integration: Build and integrate intelligent features into applications using state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic) and open-source models.
- Data Pipelines: Write clean Python code to collect, preprocess, clean, and structure data for machine learning model training or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Backend Dev & API Design: Develop robust, fast backend services and RESTful APIs (using FastAPI, Flask, or Django) to serve AI/ML models.
- Prompt Engineering & Tuning: Design, test, and optimize prompts and agentic workflows to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI features.
- Collaboration & Maintenance: Work alongside senior software developers to deploy models into production, resolve bugs, and monitor system performance.

Qualifications
- Experience: 0–1 year of software or AI development experience (Freshers with outstanding AI-focused projects are highly encouraged to apply).
- Education: B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA / B.Sc in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or equivalent practical coding experience.
- Core Python Skills: Strong programming fundamentals in Python, object-oriented programming (OOPs), and basic data structures.
- AI/ML Basics: Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts (classification, regression, NLP) and basic familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-Learn.
- Tools: Basic experience with Git, GitHub, and command-line environments (Linux).
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
- A public GitHub profile showcasing personal AI/ML projects, custom chatbots, or data analysis scripts.
- Experience with modern generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face Transformers).
- Basic understanding of Vector Databases (like Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Qdrant) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience deploying simple apps to platforms like Hugging Face Spaces or Render, or using Docker containers.
