(Influencer Marketing)
We’re looking for a Talent Manager in influencer marketing or talent coordination to manage creator relationships and support end-to-end campaign execution. We’re looking for who can vibe with creators, spot trends before they go viral, and make influencer campaigns run without a hitch and if you live on the internet and love building creator campaigns – this is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing relationships with influencers and creators.
- Act as a primary point of contact and trusted representatives for creators.
- You're the behind-the-scenes wizard - juggling briefs, timelines, and deliverables like a pro – keeping everything on track.
- Ensuring smooth communication between brands, influencers, and our teams.
- Tracking content submissions, approvals, and campaign performance basics.
You're the One We're Looking For!
- Have minimum 1 year experience in Talent management, Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
- Social media maven – living on Instagram, YouTube, and creator vibes.
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Can handle multiple creators and campaigns at once.
