The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving business targets, and increasing deposits, loan business, and new member enrollments. The role includes planning and implementing sales strategies, guiding and motivating the team, conducting field visits, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and monitoring daily sales performance. The Sales Manager will coordinate with branch staff to ensure business growth, prepare sales reports, and ensure that all sales activities are carried out in accordance with the society's policies and guidelines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
