Bethelon Technologies is looking for a passionate and experienced Spoken English Trainer to help students improve their English communication skills, confidence, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and interview readiness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Spoken English classes for students and working professionals.
- Teach grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and fluency.
- Improve students' communication and presentation skills.
- Conduct group discussions, role plays, and speaking activities.
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in interview preparation and personality development.
- Maintain attendance and training records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English or any relevant discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
