Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Make cold or warm outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database to introduce company products and services. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from existing customers to resolve issues, handle complaints, or process service requests. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Sales & Upselling: Educate potential clients on product benefits, handle rejections gracefully, and pitch appropriate packages to meet sales targets. [1, 2, 3]
- Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, call feedback, and customer information in the company CRM software. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Follow-ups: Schedule timely call-backs for interested prospects and nurture leads through consistent phone communication. [1, 2, 3]
- Team Collaboration: Share customer feedback and market responses with the sales and marketing teams to improve internal scripts and strategies. [1, 2, 3]
Pay: ₹10,143.82 - ₹12,000.00 per month
