Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized individual to join our Ayurvedic wellness team as a Receptionist cum Administrator. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth daily operations at the clinic. Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurvedic settings is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with courtesy and empathy.
- Handle all front desk activities including phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records, registration, and billing systems with confidentiality.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other team members for seamless client service.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks like inventory management, clinic cleanliness checks, and report maintenance.
- Manage payments, issue receipts, and keep financial records updated.
- Support basic marketing and follow-up activities like reminder calls or WhatsApp messages.
- Ensure compliance with internal protocols and assist in operational audits or reviews.
