We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic BDE Trainee to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of business development, client communication, and lead generation with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Maintain and update lead databases
Assist in client follow-ups and relationship management
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
Support sales and business development activities
Prepare reports and maintain records of interactions
2–4 months of experience in Business Development/Sales/Lead Generation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of MS Excel and CRM tools
Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
Bachelor’s degree pursuing/completed preferred
