Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and ensure a positive experience for employees, visitors, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage reception desk activities and maintain a welcoming office environment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with access management procedures.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support conference room arrangements.
Employee & Guest Support
- Provide assistance to employees regarding office facilities, transportation, housekeeping, and general administrative queries.
- Coordinate guest visits and ensure smooth onboarding of visitors.
- Manage employee helpdesk requests and ensure timely resolution through coordination with relevant teams.
Administrative Coordination
- Maintain records related to office assets, stationery, and consumables.
- Prepare and update MIS reports related to office operations, visitor management, and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pest control, and maintenance services.
- Track service requests and follow up to ensure completion within defined timelines.
Facility & Operations Support
- Support day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
- Coordinate with security teams for employee and visitor access management.
- Assist in conducting workplace inspections and audits related to safety, housekeeping, and facility standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and workplace procedures.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Escalate critical issues to the Facility Manager or Admin team as required.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and office initiatives.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, vendor activities, and office services.
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards using Excel or other reporting tools.
- Ensure all documentation is updated and readily available for audits and compliance checks.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
