About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for CRM administration, customer data management, reporting, workflow optimization, and supporting business teams in driving operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with customer data, CRM platforms, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Administration
- Manage and maintain CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, or similar tools
- Configure lead stages, pipelines, user roles, permissions, and workflow settings
- Ensure CRM data accuracy through validation, cleansing, deduplication, and regular audits
Data Management
- Maintain customer, lead, and account records
- Monitor CRM data quality and implement corrective actions
- Generate reports and insights to support business decisions
Reporting & Analytics
- Create dashboards and reports to track lead performance, sales activities, and customer engagement
- Analyze CRM data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Support KPI tracking and operational reporting
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in CRM processes and recommend improvements
- Assist in CRM enhancements, testing, and deployment activities
- Support user training and CRM adoption initiatives
Required Skills
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, or similar platforms
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- CRM data management and reporting experience
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- CRM workflow automation exposure
- UAT testing experience
- SQL knowledge
- Experience in Sales Operations or CRM Operations
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
