About Role
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Real Estate Sales trainee with strong communication and convincing skills. The candidate will handle all sales enquiries as part of their job role, understand customer requirements, follow up with prospects, and convert them into successful sales or escalate them to the next level for closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiries as required.
- Handle CRM and ensure the customer journey is clearly mapped in it.
- Support/Independently handle e-mail marketing and ensure journey loop closure.
- Maintain sales data in a dashboard for management's viewing and review.
- Advise clients on the merits of investing in a real estate product after identifying their need/want.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Hand over the client to the site visit team after successfully onboarding them.
- Keep a tab on the latest developments in the RE sector and recommend topics for blogs for the same.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing.
- Passion for Real Estate and willingness to grow in this field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CRM knowledge will be preferred.
What We Offer
- Fixed salary+Target-based incentive.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
