Job Description – Workshop Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia - Onsite
Salary: 1,50,000 - 2,00,000

Job Role: Manage and supervise all workshop activities, ensuring efficient maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, vehicles, and machinery to support mining operations safely and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations.
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Supervise mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure equipment availability and minimize downtime.
- Control spare parts inventory and maintenance costs.
- Implement safety procedures and HSE standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports and monitor KPIs.
- Coordinate with operations, suppliers, and contractors.
Common Equipment: Excavators, loaders, dump trucks, drilling rigs, crushers, generators, and light vehicles.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 8+ years of workshop/heavy equipment maintenance experience.
- Experience with mining, construction, or heavy machinery.
- Strong leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skills.
