About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, ensuring timely project delivery, optimizing costs, maintaining quality standards, and leading large-scale high-rise residential and commercial developments.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in leading high-rise building projects.
Strong expertise in construction management, budgeting, contracts, and statutory compliance.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
