Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media & AI Specialist to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and leverage AI tools to improve marketing performance. The ideal candidate should have expertise in content creation, social media management, graphic designing, and AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, and other Generative AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Create engaging content, captions, reels, and social media campaigns.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, and other platforms for content generation and productivity.
- Design social media creatives, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
- Execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate leads organically through social media strategies.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand partners for collaborations.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist in YouTube channel growth, optimization, and monetization strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools.
- Graphic Designing using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Video Editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or equivalent software.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Content Writing and Copywriting skills.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, IT, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or AI tools is an added advantage.
- Experience managing business or brand social media accounts.
