Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and creating strategies to expand our business presence. This role blends strategy, communication, and hustle — perfect for someone who enjoys networking, pitching creative solutions, and seeing clients thrive through digital impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and inbound/outbound strategies.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Generate leads, set up client meetings, and deliver compelling presentations/pitches.
- Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to craft customized proposals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Track, analyze, and report on business development metrics.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitive landscape.
- Represent Digital Door at industry events, exhibitions, and community engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a confident personality.
- Understanding of digital marketing services (social media, performance marketing, branding, etc.).
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
