- Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet defined quality standards.
- Monitor in-process production activities and ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products before dispatch.
- Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities during production.
- Maintain accurate quality inspection records and documentation.
- Guide production workers on quality standards and improvement practices.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with production and store teams for quality-related issues.
- Report quality concerns and corrective actions to the QA/QC supervisor or manager.
- Ensure products are inspected, approved, and cleared before dispatch.
