We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with 7+ years of overall experience and hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Configure and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams.
- Support UAT, deployments, and post-go-live activities.
- Recommend best practices and process improvements.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Product Catalog, Pricing, Product Rules, Quote Management, Contracts, Renewals, and Subscriptions.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred:
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Business Analyst Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Billing and ERP integrations is a plus.
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
