Role: Team Lead - Closing
Role Objective: The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth across assigned projects, from prospecting and client acquisition to deal closure. The role requires a strong on-ground presence, sharp closing ability, and the capability to lead from the front while managing a team of closing managers. The individual will play a critical role in influencing client decisions, driving conversions, and ensuring alignment with the organizations overall business objectives. He/she is expected to be a brand representative and support in all client interactions and negotiation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent closing of opportunities.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospects.
- Ensure high conversion ratios through effective follow-ups and closing strategies.
- Act as a brand representative in key client interactions.
Client Engagement:
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive closures.
- Deliver detailed product/project presentations and guide clients through site visits.
- Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements.
Market & Industry Awareness:
- Leverage insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key trends and market dynamics.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers
- Coach and mentor team to improve closing capability and performance
- Support team in negotiations and critical deal closures.

- Experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate
- 10+ years of experience in sales out of which 5 should be in real estate and 1 should be in leadership (real estate).
- Background in real estate closing is mandatory.

- Real Estate experience (only).
