Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Admissions
- Handle inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and fee structures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Marketing & Branding
- Conduct school and college visits for student outreach.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and career counseling sessions.
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, and local businesses.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Ensure a positive experience for all inquiries and walk-in visitors.
- Collect feedback and support student engagement activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Admissions, Counselling, or Customer Service. (Preferred)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience)
