We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainer who can conduct practical digital marketing training sessions for students and working professionals. The candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel from JP Nagar, Bengaluru to Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu and should preferably be fluent in Tamil.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of digital marketing and the ability to explain concepts clearly through hands-on training and real-world examples.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on digital marketing.
- Train students on SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Provide hands-on training with real campaigns, tools, and platforms.
- Explain digital marketing concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Create training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Guide students in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and practical projects.
- Keep students updated on current digital marketing trends and industry practices.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance when required.
- Travel to Kumbakonam and other locations as required for training programs.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding training schedules and student requirements.
Requirements
- 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and Google Analytics/GA4.
- Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer, Mentor, Faculty, or Consultant is preferred.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Willingness to travel regularly from JP Nagar, Bengaluru to Kumbakonam.
- Tamil language proficiency is preferred.
- Knowledge of English is required for professional communication.
- Good interpersonal and classroom management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads certification or Meta certification.
- Experience managing real-world digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience training students or corporate teams.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Canva, and other digital marketing tools.
- Candidates who are already based in or around Kumbakonam/Tamil Nadu and are willing to travel are also encouraged to apply.
