Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in operations, client coordination, documentation, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational and administrative activities.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Handle professional email communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients for document collection, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Maintain accurate records and organize operational documents.
- Support the team in executing operational tasks and business processes.
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently residing in Nagpur.
- Must have a personal laptop/device.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of professional email handling.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
