Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Director. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communications, and ensuring efficient execution of day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills with a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and business events
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and correspondence
- Screen calls, emails, and communications on behalf of the Director
- Act as a liaison between the Director and clients, vendors, employees, and stakeholders
- Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and action points
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
- Organize and maintain files, records, and business documents
- Support in business coordination, project tracking, and operational activities
- Assist the Director in strategic planning and daily administrative functions
- Ensure smooth communication flow across departments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
