Position Details
Position: Executive / Sr. Executive – Service Engineer
Experience: 2–7 Years
Qualification: Diploma (Polytechnic – Electronics) / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or related field
Compensation: As per company policy
Key Skills & Responsibilities
✅ Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair professional audio/video communication devices
✅ Perform component-level repairs, soldering & electronic rework
✅ Maintain repair documentation and service records
✅ Ensure compliance with quality, ESD & ISO standards
✅ Support customer service and field service activities
✅ Prepare technical reports and customer communication
✅ Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office & email communication
✅ Good communication skills and pleasant personality
✅ Result-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities Please Carry
