We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Senior Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our brand's presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving audience engagement to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals

Manage and oversee company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and campaigns

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities

Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement

Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools

Manage online communities, respond to customer queries, and maintain positive brand interactions

Coordinate with influencers, partners, and external agencies when required

Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels

Required Skills & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithm

Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tool

Excellent copywriting, communication, and content creation skill

Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadline
