Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide expert travel advice and recommend suitable destinations, packages, and services.
- Plan and customize travel itineraries based on client requirements and budget.
- Close sales by presenting travel packages and converting inquiries into bookings.
- Handle flight ticket bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and other travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Follow up with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate booking records, client information, and travel documentation.
- Resolve customer queries, changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
