We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Associate to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities, guest rooms, and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and in excellent working condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs of hotel facilities.
- Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting works as required.
- Perform preventive maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure the proper functioning of air conditioning, lighting, water supply, and other utilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and departments.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
