Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect Draftsman to support our architectural team in preparing accurate drawings and documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting skills and the ability to translate design concepts into precise construction drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Convert conceptual designs into working drawings and technical details.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Assist in site coordination when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E / Bachelor’s in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an architectural draftsman.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction methods.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial/residential projects.
- Basic knowledge of MEP coordination.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
